During the renovation process, the staircase has been completely restored, there are three modern elevators for the convenience of the residents, a video surveillance system was installed, there are also parking places in the courtyard of the house. The architect of the renovation project was Ilze Mekša from SIA Wonderfull, who was the winner of the Latvian Architecture Award 2018.
